Boro were the big winners on the first weekend post the international break. A 2-1 win on Friday night at Hillsborough, coupled with the top three all losing, propelled Boro back to the Championship summit.
Rotherham are without a win in six since defeating ten man Derby in mid-September. They’re yet to pick up a point on the road, and have only scored two goals in their six away games. In fact the Millers are without a win in 31 second-tier away games.
Boro are unbeaten in seven homes games against Rotherham, stretching all the way back to March 1965 when the Millers won 5-3 on Teesside. Boro’s 1-0 defeat at Rotherham in March 2016 was their first loss of any kind against the Millers since January 1966.
