Boro completed the ultimate snatch and grab last weekend when gaining a point at home to Derby. But who really needs shots on target when the opposition are willing to put through their own net? Join the MSS at the Dog and Truck pub this Saturday for the Tony Pulis derby; here’s hoping they’re as charitable when it comes to scoring own goals.
For more info join the Facebook event.
The address is 72 Back Church Ln, E1 1LX. The pub is about 10 minutes walk from Aldgate and Aldgate East, and about 15 minutes walk from Tower Hill, Tower Gateway, and Shadwell.
The pub has plenty of indoor TV screens, as well as outdoor TV’s for those who want to grab some fresh air while watching this top of the table clash.
This screening is open to all Boro fans. Hope to see plenty of you there. UTB!
Gary Rowett’s Stoke come into this game in improving form, with three wins out of their last five, which includes a 1-0 win away at Bristol City last weekend. However, Stoke have been poor at home, with only three league wins at the bet365 so far this campaign.
Boro have failed to win in our last three encounters with Stoke. Our last visit to the bet365 came in our doomed Premier League season, as two Marko Arnautovic goals pushed us closer to relegation. Boro’s only win at their new stadium, formerly known as the Britannia, came in February 1998 when both teams were in the second tier.
